Are there "hidden costs"?
NO! The cost of all workshops and materials, presentations and activities, performances and special events is included in your daily registration. Over the course of the 4 days, there may be items for sale (authors' books, demonstrators' finished products, works from the art show, gift items from Asbury, the Institute or with the Experience logo), but those are strictly optional purchases.
How do I sign up for the different presentations and workshops?
Once you register for the event, we will send you a confirmation letter with all the details that you will need to know before you come. Registration will open in March 2017. Included in the packet will be a sign-up for the individual sessions each day. Once you have made your selections, you send them back to us. Availability is first-come, first-served, so complete and return all the paperwork right away!
Where are you located?
We are located on the east side of Silver Lake, near Perry, New York -- just a few miles from Letchworth State Park, the #1 state park in the country! Located in scenic Wyoming County, we are approximately 1 hour from Buffalo and Rochester.

When I register for the event, does it include my lodging and my food, too?
Continental breakfast every morning and lunch each afternoon is included in the cost of your daily registration. If you plan to stay on site or eat a full breakfast or dinner on our grounds, you will need to register for accommodations and those extra meals separately. Who is sponsoring this event?
This event is a joint partnership between Asbury Camp & Retreat Center and the Silver Lake Institute; both are not-for-profit entities.
